Sobering Thought.

Yesterday morning in church, the Thai pastor mentioned a young man from a church in California. Tyler was probably like any other 16-year-old Christian teen. He probably had plans for his future. It's obvious that he loved the Lord. I'm sure as he packed for camp that week, excited about being a counselor, he didn't realize he would be meeting his Saviour before the week was out. Please take a moment to go to the website and watch the video. (The link is at the bottom of the page)

My housemate, Pookie, shared with me today that she can't stop thinking about Tyler and about just how short life can be. She then said she wants to sing as a special in church the song, "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow."

"Many things about tomorrow
I don't seem to understand;

But I know Who holds tomorrow,
And I know Who holds my hand."

I'm not guaranteed another breath, let alone a tomorrow. I want to use my moments for His Glory, before I meet Him face to face.

Anne, that is my favorite song! Whenever I try to look it up in the hymnal, I can never find it. I always want to request it when they ask for favorites in church. Thanks for the thoughts. They are a blessing to me. Keep them coming! :) ~Tiffany Hansen
